This position is responsible for managing all operational and team member aspects of a traveling 7-person district Field Activity Support Team (FAST) whose duties include executing planograms and physical inventories, as well as providing support for merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. Primary duties include building the team, leading execution of company merchandising and inventory standards, and interacting with customers and team members, while providing legendary customer service. This position is also responsible for promoting a safe and productive work environment for all Team Members, customers, and vendors, as well as training Team Members on the appropriate application of policies and procedures.

Schedule:
Our schedule operates off a rotation that requires Saturday and Sunday shifts every other weekend. You’ll be given a full 40-hour work week, but your shift rotations will be determined by the need of the business that change week over week. Schedules are published 4-6 weeks in advance so that you know your schedule for the near future.
Hours of Operations:
We are looking for candidates that have availability within these hours.
Monday-Saturday – 6:00 am – 9:15 pm
Sunday: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly rate of $15.75 paid on a bi-weekly schedule.

The Senior Divisional Investigator, Loss Prevention is responsible for minimizing the financial losses of the Company by identifying internal theft, organized retail crime, fraudulent activity, and their underlying trends. The Sr. Divisional Investigator will be highly focused on prescriptive analytics, manage all investigations and ORC for one division of Tractor Supply (East/West), and support all Regional Loss Prevention Managers and stores within that footprint.
