This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation. The position serves as the second in charge of operations to the Store Manager. Duties include providing leadership and direction to the store team, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience and performing operational activities throughout the store and giving appropriate direction to the store Team Members. This position is also responsible for promoting a safe and productive work environment for all Team Members, customers, and vendors, as well as training Team Members on the appropriate application of policies and procedures. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
This position is responsible for assisting in the leading of the Facility Maintenance Team at a TSC distribution center, the Facility Maintenance Supervisor will assist in the planning, development and execution of the preventive maintenance program for the distribution center’s mobile material handling vehicles, package conveyor system, the building and it’s supporting mechanical, electrical, and other equipment and systems. The Supervisor will assist the FMM in developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance program covering preventive and routine maintenance of all the DC’s equipment and systems, excluding the Information Systems hardware and software.

The User Experience Architect’s job is to responsibly test the architecture of a digital site, taking it from concept to launch. Conceptualizing, designing and beta testing website interactions are key to this role. You will engage in effective dialog with the engineering team, with a focus on optimizing business agility, value, and innovative User Experience design and direction.
This position is responsible for designing, engineering, and supporting a complex enterprise Local Area (LAN), Wide Area (WAN), and Wireless (WLAN) network.

Primary duties include assisting the Store Manager in building the team, driving sales, customer service, managing inventory, managing profit and sales, expense control, reducing and managing shrink. This position is responsible for establishing daily production goals within the Distribution Center and monitors standards to improve performance. The Supervisor will lead and manage, through and with a staff of hourly team members.

This position requires working closely with the E-Commerce and Mobility teams to lead the creation of industry leading apps for iOS and Android platforms. The position is also responsible for estimation, planning, execution and delivery of eCommerce applications for mobile. Additional responsibilities include mentoring other team members. Must have experience with ReactNative.
