Tractor Supply Company is investing in its indirect procurement team and has some exciting, essential roles available.
This key position will join a procurement team focused on strategic sourcing and continuously improving procurement policy, processes, systems, data analytics and reporting while providing legendary customer service to our internal and external stakeholders.
This role will report directly to the Manager – Procurement Operations and Analytics and focus on policy, process and systems, becoming a subject matter expert and providing support throughout the company accordingly. If you are process oriented, well organized and enjoy continuously improving business practices while delighting stakeholders, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
A minimum of 2 years of procurement, supply chain, continuous improvement, systems support, project management, change management and/or related experience. Experience with procurement processes and systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field is required.
