    This position is responsible for end-to-end management and execution of medium to large-sized IT projects with medium to high cost, uniqueness, cross-functional impact and system span. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and delivers the intended project goals.


    1. Build project/release plans that track tasks and dependencies required to meet technology commitments. Works with technology teams to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
    2. Responsible for all project oversight, including planning, directing and managing development resources and testing activities.
    3. Independently establish budgets and track cost of projects. Participate in budget variance process when required.
    4. Proactively monitors project health and facilitates resolution of issues; escalate issues as appropriate.
    5. Drive the on-time delivery of complete scope while actively managing change requests and setting customer expectations.
    6. Ensure appropriate engagement or lead hand-over process to operations and production personnel.
    7. Maintain and update department process documentation.
    8. Develop and maintain technical project documentation.
    9. Prepare and deliver project status reports.
    10. Ensure that all project deliverables are consistent with TSC technical architecture and standards.
    11. Define and implement continuous project risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies and, drive resolution of issues.
    12. Partner with business stakeholders to develop solutions that provide maximum business value and maintain technical integrity
    13. Build relationships and drive change through an assertive and positive approach.
    14. Provide timely resource allocations to ensure proper time entry.
    15. Provide mentoring and oversight to more junior project managers.


    Experience: Minimum of 3 years managing projects in a complex cross-functional environment through the entire project lifecycle required. To be successful in this position, it will be necessary for the right candidate to have had experience with large scale SAP ERP Migrations (this is a requirement). 


    Education:  Bachelor’s Degree. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.  


    Professional Certifications: PMP certification preferred.


    Other knowledge, skills or abilities:

    • Experience managing projects using Project Server preferred.
    • Experience with software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall (MSF), Prince 2) preferred.
    • Advanced skills with MS-Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
    • Knowledge of /experience with Visio preferred.
