This position is responsible for the execution and support of the Tractor Supply Company Enterprise Monitoring and Automation Services. Responsibilities include technical accountability and execution to provide system (service, infrastructure, application, and component) visibility to current and trending state (availability, performance, and fault), leverage scripting abilities or use applications to trigger remediation solutions, all aligned with appropriate Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Configuration Management). Tool administration is also the responsibility of this role. Other key responsibilities include personal development (soft and technical skills), developing peers and leadership through feedback, and executing operations and project work.
Experience: 2-4 years of IT experience. 1+ years’ experience with monitoring and using more than one monitoring tool or technique.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
