    The Human Resources Customer Support Representative serves as the first point of contact responsible for the accurate resolution of Human Resources inquiries from Tractor Supply Company team members. This includes assistance in navigation through Employee/Manager Self Service screens, materials and functionality.

    Responsibilities

     

      • Provides high-level customer service to team members regarding HR-related matters such as the following: resetting passwords, submitting electronic personnel transactions, general troubleshooting for HR systems and other inquiries. Utilizes standard scripts, FAQs, policy manuals, HR knowledge base, desktop procedures and other reference materials and is responsible for managing to predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      • Supports various departments (Benefits, LOA and Payroll) as the first point of contact for team members triaging and answering incoming calls and routing to the correct departments if additional trouble shooting is needed
      • Enters all incoming inquiries in the case management system and responding to Service Center requests via phone, email, mail, fax, website, voicemail or the HR Portal.
      • Analyzes and processes personnel actions (including but not limited to New Hires, Terminations and Pay/Position changes) into the HRIS by data entry or electronic approval; makes necessary adjustments as needed 
      • Audits Incoming HR paperwork and communicates with field management to ensure receipt of proper supporting documentation and/or approvals 
      • Follows through with any HR research or additional contact needed by the store team members, District and Regional Managers, Distribution Employees and SSC Employees
    • May perform other duties as assigned *

     

     

    Qualifications

     

    • High school education
    • 3 years experience in a professional work environment, date entry and/or customer service preferred.
    • Demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills preferred
    • Ability to work independently, positively handle conflict, and work in a fast paced environment preferred
    • Display detail-oriented and customer service approach to work required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including, Outlook, Access, word processing, and spreadsheets required
    • Data Entry experience preferred
