    This position manages the company’s international treasury matters, including international trade and banking transactions, protocols, and strategies.  The position is responsible for designing, analyzing, conducting and distributing financial reports and statements for bank relationship management, cash management and treasury operations, import and stand-by letters of credit and special projects.  The Treasury Manager evaluates financing alternatives and reviews financial benchmarks, as well as management of the company’s fleet program for all leased cars and fleet cards. 


    1. Manage international treasury matters: Oversee the company’s import and stand-by letters of credit process.  Primary contact for both the company’s global sourcing team and the financial provider(s).  Develop all procedures concerning related transactions including but not limited to open accounts.  Investigate new protocols and strategies for international banking.
    2. Manage and administer the short-term and long-term debt facilities by ensuring compliance with all debt facility covenants, handling all aspects of letters of credit, responsible for treasury related journal entries, assist with control testing for Sarbanes Oxley and serving as the primary liaison with external debt related parties and internal departments responsible for report creation.
    3. Prepare and maintain debt, interest budgets and re-forecasts. Perform monthly analysis of actual versus budget variances, including all related journal entries for month-end accruals and reclass adjustments as required
    4. Manages the company's fleet of vehicles. Manages relationship with third-party leasing vendor(s).  Responsible for administration of fleet fuel card, assisting  personal mile tracking and reporting, preparation of accounting entries from invoices, and resolution of issues arising from the fleet and drivers.
    5. Provide comprehensive backup support to the cash management function which includes preparing the daily cash position, orchestrating intercompany settlements, executing wire transfers, and monitoring bank accounts and signatories.
    6. Manage Treasury and Bank Audit Administrator.


    Experience: 8 to 10 years related experience.


    Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, economics or accounting.  Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.


    Professional Certifications: None.



    Other knowledge, skills or abilities: International/trade experience preferred.  Management experience preferred.
