Tractor Supply Company is investing in its indirect procurement team and has some exciting, strategic roles available.
This particular key position is responsible for optimizing the Marketing and Professional Services spend for Tractor Supply Company including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and Legal professional services and related categories. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and execute an overall 3-year strategic sourcing roadmap. This will include strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction and project management activities, in addition to continuously improving and automating all related workflows.
This role will report directly to the Director, Indirect Procurement and will also play an essential role within the overall Indirect Procurement team. Each team member will have an opportunity to develop experience outside their specific spend categories and participate in or lead a diversity of continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and adjacent functions across the organization.
A minimum of 5 years of strategic sourcing and/or complex negotiation experience. Marketing and Professional Services procurement experience is strongly desired. Marketing procurement experience is particularly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
