    The Value Realization team at Tractor Supply steers company-wide transformation by driving key profit improvement initiatives. As part of the Value Realization team, this position will play a key role in the successful achievement of the team’s overall profit improvement objectives. This position will be responsible for analyzing various aspects of value realization including data mining, dashboard creation and presentation to executive leadership key operational metrics and insights associated with strategic, profit improvement initiatives.


    1. Provide analytical support to Value Realization, including data gathering, preparation and reporting of various profit improvement efforts.
    2. Collaborate with key business owners in design and implementation of reporting dashboards that focus on progress of strategic operating metrics.
    3. Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to monitor progress toward company profit improvement goals, provide metric insight and track action plans.
    4. Perform financial analyses utilizing models which quantify the impact of various business case scenarios to key financial performance metrics including cash flow, ROI, ROIC and IRR which will be used to support key business and investment decisions.
    5. Design analyses which quantify the financial impact of various operational trials using test versus control models and present their results and conclusions to senior leadership.
    6. Support annual strategic planning and budgeting processes as needed to ensure key Value Realization objectives are represented.
    7. Conduct, perform, report, and present special financial and statistical studies as directed in coordination with other departments.


    Experience: 4-6 years of related business or retail experience


    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university. MBA preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.


    Other knowledge, skills or abilities:

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products with power user proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
    • Power user aptitude with business intelligence tools and software such as Alteryx, Tableau and Business Objects
