    Job Purpose

    The purpose of this job is to provide temporary assistance for the Open Enrollment period while also assisting with Leave of Absence.


    • Administer LOA requests for eligible team members and managers regarding status of leaves
    • Serve as the point-of-contact for team members and supervisors regarding LOAs and related processes
    • Enter Team Member specific data into LOA system to establish a leave
    • Monitor LOA email, respond to inquiries, and e-file electronic documents in accordance with department policy
    • Monitor LOA incoming phone line responding to all calls on a timely basis
    • Administer the payroll process for Team Members who are on leave including payment of regular sick pay, extended sick pay, and vacation pay as appropriate


    Experience: One to two years of HR/Benefits experience. LOA experience a bonus.


    Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor degree preferred.


    Professional Certifications: None


    Other knowledge, skills or abilities: Demonstrated strong intpersonal, communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to handle detailed oriented tasks in a confidential manner. Proficiency in Mircrosoft Office products.
