The Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst position will support the rollout and ongoing success of Tractor Supply’s new Workforce Management application. The WFM Analyst will provide the insight and analysis needed to promote execution, productivity, and growth across our 1750+ stores. In addition, they will also provide support and direction for enhancing the Workforce Management application to help improve the customer and team member experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business Administration, Analytics, IT or related field) from an accredited college or university preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
