  • Overview

    The Manager, IT Solutions Process Governance is responsible for defining and administering project management and systems development lifecycle methodologies, standards, processes, and guidelines, within IT Solutions Delivery


    1. Lead the creation, implementation, adoption, and administration of the project management and systems development lifecycle methodologies, standards, processes, and tools.
    2. Maintain and update processes to ensure project management documentation.
    3. Provide analysis of metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) such as EPI, SPI, resource loading, critical path, and implement mitigation strategies for risks.
    4. Train project teams to adhere to the defined processes, including providing relevant raining and change management materials.
    5. Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment.
    6. Perform regular project delivery methodology compliance audits and report findings to ensure adherence to established project methodologies and processes.
    7. Support the IT Solutions Delivery Governance Manager to develop and enhance governance, processes and procedures, that ensure consistency and compliance ultimately align with the company’s strategic direction.
    8. Process across IT-consistency, controls, templates.
    9. Governance – audits and compliance.
    10. Agile and waterfall methodologies – defining this for TSC.
    11. Training on methodologies.
    12. Participate on IT review board-result of audits and metrics.


    Experience: 5+ years’ experience with advanced knowledge and understanding of systems development & project delivery methodology, including planning, cost management, resource management, communications and quality management is required. IT experience is preferred.  


    Education: Bachelor’s degree.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.  


    Professional Certifications: PMP Certification is preferred.

    Other knowledge, skills or abilities:

    • Cooperative team player with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
