This position is responsible for various Accounts Payable (AP) administrations, including examining incoming mail/invoices and rerouting appropriately, ensuring proper approvals, preparing documents for invoice processing, perform routine maintenance on scanners and imaging computers. Prioritize and analyze vendor invoices, perform daily batch balancing of invoices, and data entry of all merchandise, special order and expense paper invoices into the AP system. Maximize cash discounts and insure all vendors are paid timely. Maintain organized files of open invoices and unresolved receiving matters by all field locations.
Experience: 0 - 3 years’ data entry or imaging related experience in a high volume AP department.
Education: High school diploma. Associates degree preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
