    Job Purpose


    The Financial Services Merchandising Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing plans for the Company’s private label credit card program.  This position will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and 3rd party vendors to develop and be the liaison between Financial Services and Merchandising. 


    • Develop cardholder lifecycle tactics and campaigns
    • Identify CRM opportunities based on customer data and develop promotional calendar to support
    • Partner with marketing to integrate program messages into brand marketing efforts (circular, email, loyalty, e-commerce, etc.
    • Develop strategy briefs based on business objectives and identify category drivers
    • Develop offers/incentives in coordination with merchandising teams
    • Work with 3rdparty vendors to develop strategies, timelines, and tasks
    • Create and execute Test and Learn roadmap


    Experience:  6 years merchandising/marketing experience.  Experience with loyalty/credit card programs preferred.


    Education:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.



    • Understanding of the design/creative/production process is preferred
    • Experience with marketing loyalty programs, email, direct mail, and digital marketing a plus
    • Speak, read and write effectively in the English language
