    This position is responsible for the oversight and support of Integration processes in the organization - including EDI, ETL, ESB and the corresponding support of these processes. 

    Responsibilities

    • Manages a team who works exception errors on daily reports by learning to analyze the root cause of the error and communicating to the appropriate trading partner. These errors include translation errors, control number errors, and unknown trading partner errors.  Additionally, work on root cause analysis to reduce reoccurring errors.
    • Provides support to Accounts Payable, Merchandising and other TSC departments to answer B2B-related questions and concerns.  As situations vary, this requires a working knowledge of TSC business and B2B processes, programs and edits.
    • Provides necessary and timely support as a liaison to a portion of TSC’s external B2B Trading Partners.  This includes production problem resolution and transaction testing for network or ID changes.  Audits, tests and resolves ANSI X.12 issues for compliance.  Educates trading partners as needed.  Delegates non-B2B issues to appropriate resources.  Manages global issues affecting multiple trading partners to resolution through root cause analysis and working with relevant third parties.  This requires working knowledge of the transaction center and trading partner profile components of the B2B software.  As each situation is unique, this also requires comprehensive knowledge of our internal business and B2B processes, jobs and edits as well as logic and sound judgment to independently make decisions in resolving these concerns.
    • Ability to test with vendors is required, including creating outbound test data, syntax analysis for compliance with ANSI X.12 EDI standards and communicating with vendors to resolve syntax and content errors.  It also involves communicating with internal users for content errors during testing.
    • Serves as an escalation point for resolution of the Functional Acknowledgment (997) Reconciliation process.  Notifies internal customers of any relevant issues.  Analyzes and resolves any technical issues concerning the 997 process.  Resends data as necessary based on judgment and risk assessment.     • Responsible for integration release management working directly with release coordinator on their team. This involves the management and scheduling of all deployments.
    • The manager will work closely with integration teams to understand system functionality and the overall system design / architecture so that appropriate operational tools can be implemented to proactively monitor the systems ensuring maximum uptime.
    • The individual must be able to effectively lead the teams on application and technical operation issues, communicate root cause analysis results, and recommend improvements for the application and systems.
    • Identifies and implements applicable operational tools, processes and procedures to facilitate proactive monitoring of the integration applications establishing a baseline of service level agreements (SLAs) to measure the overall availability and stability of the systems under his/her responsibility.

    Qualifications

    Experience: 4 or more years of equivalent work experience. Hands-on experience with EDI, ETL, ESB products like Talend, WSO2, WebMethods, BizManager, Trading Networks, Active Transfer or equivalent products. Any SAP integration experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience as technical team lead in large integration support using EDI, ETL, ESB tools and technologies and supporting a devops model.

    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Design, Computer Science, or related field will be considered. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
