    Job Purpose

     

    This position is responsible for gathering, organizing, reviewing, correcting, scheduling and loading all regular and clearance price changes into the SAP system to ensure timely and correct pricing for stores. 

    Responsibilities

    • Collect lists of items submitted for movement to clearance from the Buying teams; reviews, organizes and validates them. Challenge non-compliant clearance pricing cadences and discount plans with the Buying Teams.  Provide a weekly clearance queue to the Manager of Pricing Administration.
    • Collect, review, validate and organize the weekly regular price changes from the Buyer's Workbenches. Combine price changes from Buyer's Workbenches with exported price changes from Revionics price optimization software.  Determine possible conflicts with previously scheduled price changes and promotional events.  Prioritize and organize the price change list and provides it to the Manager of Price Administration for building the proposal to Store Operations and presentation at the Red Sheet meeting.
    • Work with the Pricing Analyst assigned to Clearance management to collect, organize and schedule movement of previously marked-down merchandise to the next discount or coding phase.
    • Load clearance and regular price changes into the SAP MCG tool according to the schedule submitted to and approved by the Red Sheet committee and approved by the VP of Store Administration.
    • Research and reply to pricing-related questions and issues submitted to the Pricing Team email inbox by the Store Operations Help Desk and by stores. Assist in preparation of communication distributed to stores regarding corrections and clarifications of pricing issues.
    • Determine the maximum number of clearance price changes any one store will receive by week and by day using the "Price Analysis Report" tool. Provide this information to the Manager of Pricing Administration and collaborate to build a workable schedule of clearance price changes for submittal to the Red Sheet committee.
    • Work with Buying Teams to maintain and encourage compliance to TSC pricing policies and procedures.
    • Validate, schedules and download all SKU recycle requests.

    Qualifications

    Experience: 

    • 2 – 4 Years’ experience. 

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. 

    NOTE:  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

     

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems 

    • Proficiency with use of Excel required.
    • Knowledge of and experience with Revionics, Business Objects and SAP strongly preferred.
    • Experience using Access preferred.
    • Good organizational, communication, and analytical skill required.
