This position is responsible for the development, management and support of the Tractor Supply Company monitoring and automation services. Additional responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring other team members, and leading projects. The Enterprise Monitoring and Automation Services Team delivers infrastructure, application, IT, and business service monitoring (availability, fault, performance), correlation and auto-remediation through both ad-hoc and industry standard tools and Tractor Supply Company processes.
Experience: 6 – 8 years of IT experience. 2+ years’ experience with monitoring and using more than one monitoring tool or technique.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
