    This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for open positions throughout Store Support Center. 

    Responsibilities

    • Communicates with managers on insight and/or future needs for securing qualified candidates for positions. Conducts regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the best course of action for recruiting efforts.
    • Markets and represents TSC to potential candidates by explaining company culture, mission, values, and growth opportunities. Coordinates and attends on-site interviews for candidates.
    • Researches for possible resources to recruit the best talent for open positions. Builds networks through venues such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. to recruit potential candidates.
    • Makes offers, produces offer letters, and forwards approval and acceptance letters to candidates.
    • Initiates onboarding activities.
    • May perform other duties as assigned *

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources or related field; 2-4 years related experience. Experience with stastical software and Excel are required. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
    • Must be knowledgeable of some type of applicant tracking system with recept experience
    • Must be comfortable speaking with all levels of hiring managers and be able to fully communicate quickly and succinctly
    • Must be able to become a business partner in order to have vision into future needs as well as present needs
    • Must be organized and creative
    • Must have thorough knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best practices in recruiting
    • Must have good Microsoft Office computer skills
