    This position is responsible for end-to-end management and execution of small to medium-sized IT projects with low to medium cost, uniqueness, cross-functional impact and limited system span. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and delivers the intended project goals.



    1. Build project/release plans that track tasks and dependencies required to meet technology commitments. Works with technology teams to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
    2. Responsible for all project oversight, including planning, directing and managing development resources and testing activities.
    3. Establish budgets and track cost of projects. Participate in budget variance process when required.
    4. Proactively monitors project health and facilitates resolution of issues; escalates issues as appropriate.
    5. Develops and maintains project documentation.
    6. Drives the on-time delivery of complete scope while actively managing change requests and setting customer expectations.
    7. Ensures appropriate engagement or leads hand-over process to operations and production personnel.
    8. Maintains and updates department process documentation.
    9. Prepares and delivers project status reports.
    10. Ensures that all project deliverables are consistent with TSC technical architecture and standards.
    11. Defines and implements continuous project risk analysis, develops mitigation strategies and, drives resolution of issues.
    12. Builds relationships and drives change through an assertive and positive approach.
    13. Provides timely resource allocations to ensure proper time entry.


    Experience: minimum of 2 years managing projects in a cross-functional environment through the entire project lifestyle required.


    Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.  


    Professional Certifications: PMP certification preferred.


    Other knowledge, skills or abilities:


    • Experience managing projects using Project Server preferred.
    • Experience with software delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, SCRUM and Waterfall (MSF), Prince 2) preferred.
    • Intermediate skills with MS-Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
    • Knowledge of /experience with Visio preferred.
