    IT Infrastructure Architects! Are you known for innovative solutions for large organization?  Can you bring demonstrated expertise in emerging technologies? This position is responsible for designing and defining, at the senior level, infrastructure technology plans to align with enterprise goals, business plans and business processes.  Additional responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring other team members, and leading projects.


    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends within the Retail and IT Infrastructure spaces and make recommendations to align with the business strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain the infrastructure technology roadmaps that drive innovation within the organization. Evangelize architecture and technical strategies to align with enterprise standards.
    • Translate business requirements into technical designs that ensure availability, stability, scalability, security, and recoverability. Accountable for the quality of the implemented solutions.  Work with business partners and project stakeholders to ensure design meets desired outcomes. Lead infrastructure architectural strategy with customer's business objectives, create designs that meet business requirements, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
    • Define and promote policies, frameworks, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. Responsible for creating deliverables that are consistent with defined architecture principles, standards, methodologies and best practices. Determine and develops architectural approaches and solutions for storage and hybrid cloud infrastructures. Design, recommend, and implement architectural roadmaps for Private and Public Cloud based systems.
    • Govern the introduction of new technologies. Review, align, and drive technology plans with enterprise goals, business plans and business processes. Provide ultimate direction for various aspects of IT Infrastructure projects. Plan and manage implementation and integration of new technologies. Contribute to maturation of Disaster Recovery strategy.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentoring. Creation and documentation of technical information to serve as basis for training. 


    Experience:  10+ years of experience working with enterprise compute, storage platforms and data centers.  Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions and strategic application to business needs.


    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
