    Job Purpose


    The Campaign Selection Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for TSC’s campaign management software and is responsible for building the segmentation of customers for all campaigns across the Marketing organization. This role owns the cross functional relationship within the organization for ensuring the campaigns target audiences are built to satisfy desired business requirements, drive sales and hit target deadlines by provided documentation. In addition, this position will aid the team with data analysis requests from the Campaign Management Tool as needed by the business.


    • Work cross functionally with the business to identify Target Campaigns and ensure Segmentation is built to meet business goals, strategies, and executional deadlines.
    • Develop enhanced business documentation around business needs for target campaigns and training on CRM Tool.
    • Partner with IT to ensure that all needed business requirements are defined and available for needed CRM Segmentation.
    • Provides recommendations to business on needed Campaign Management Tool enhancements.
    • Work with Analytics Team to ensure statistically significant samples are being held out for future A/B Testing.


    Experience:  2 years experience in Marketing, Advertising or IT.  Understanding of Retail, CPG , or Marketing Agency business needs preferred but not required


    Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or Marketing.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.




    • Experience with customer list generation tools such as IBM Marketing Solutions, Adobe Campaign, SAP CRM, or SDL Campaigns a plus
    • Experience with SQL a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
    • Experience with Microsoft Visio preferred but not required
    • Speak, read and write effectively in the English language
