    Job Purpose

     
    Are you a technical systems analyst with keen skill in relational databases? Are you ready for all technical aspects of CRM/Loyalty architecture, administration, configuration, and maintenance of an SAP marketing system for a Fortune 500 company? Would you enjoy working with non SAP CRM marketing systems as well?  This requires an advanced understanding of functional business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and implementing across Marketing Systems.  Additional responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring other team members, and leading projects. If you have strength with IDocs and backend you could be our ideal candidate!

    Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership, design, and oversight for the Marketing Systems applications landscape and, where appropriate, coordinate activities across supporting IT departments and interface with business stakeholders
    • Ensure the Marketing Systems application architecture evolves to meet changing business requirements and fits within the overall Tractor Supply application landscape
    • Oversee the development and/or maintenance of required reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows, coordinating technical resources as required
    • Review evolving CRM, PIM, and Loyalty technologies, assess potential impact, and propose innovative solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processe
    • Support CRM, PIM and Loyalty strategies with Marketing leadership team, IT and corporate stakeholders
    • Work within defined methodologies to complete required deliverables for projects that drive innovation and process change
    • Develop procedures to monitor and improve Marketing Systems applications usage and adoption
    • Identify, help prioritize and oversee implementation of application functionality and/or business process improvements
    • Maintain current knowledge of existing and emerging capabilities of CRM, PIM and Loyalty through contact with peers and associates, as well appropriate training from vendors or other sources

    Qualifications

    Experience: 10 year's related experience with 8 years in a relational database environment required

     

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field

    • SAP experience preferred
    • 3 - 5 years project management experience with demonstrated measurable results
    • CRM and configuration experience preferred
    • Exposure to Marketing, ERP systems, Data Warehousing and interfacing of business applications in a retail environment beneficial
    • Advanced experience with writing technical specifications, technical design and architecture
    • Experience with leadership of cooperative efforts among members of project teams spread across IT departments and business units
