*For this position we are not looking for someone who has experience managing "vendor contracts". This person will be working in a technical capacity with our Direct Marketing Agencies (Vendors).
Currently we have 40-60 interfaces on a daily basis going in and out of our customer data systems. The data is going through constant change. Machine learning and leveraging Google, IBM, and Facebook are areas we want to learn more about. Our Marketing vendors are YLM, BKV (and about 6 others). We are looking for candidates who have worked closely with these types of Direct Marketing Agencies from an IT standpoint to be able to pull the types of customer data that we need, email cleansing, etc. This person will need to be able to talk IT talk with the agencies in order to pull the data we need. The Manager, IT Marketing Operations and Vendor Management position is responsible for the oversight and support of applications for use by Tractor Supply Company's (TSC) Marketing Team. Additional responsibilities include technical leadership, running managed services model, managing external vendor relationships, and leading support oriented projects.
Contribute to the overall integration architecture and monitoring of the marketing application landscape.
