As the Senior Director of Diversity Equity & Inclusion you will be instrumental in serving as a consultative and strategic partner in the planning, development, implementation, and administration of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, programs, and policies that align with the Company’s strategic business initiatives. The DEI Strategic Partner will collaborate with the CEO and CHRO to identify gaps to shape strategies and ensure that Team Members, Customers, Communities, and our Suppliers experience an inclusive culture every day. The DEI Leader will oversee strategic initiatives and programs aimed at attracting, developing, engaging, retaining, and advancing a diverse workforce. This individual will be a Strategic Advisor to business leaders, HRBPs and the Recruiting team by serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader on DEI best practices Additionally, this individual will be expected to build relationships and partnerships with strategic diverse organizations in support of attracting developing, engaging, retaining, and advancing our Team Members.
Location: Nashville/Brentwood, TN area (Relocation Required & Assistance Provided if not local)

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years recent DEI Leadership Experience with additional 10-12 years of business and Human Resources leadership experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification preferred.
