This position is responsible for ensuring the Talent Management System (TMS), applicant tracking system, and supporting processes and technology are optimized for efficiencies.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in developing and facilitating HR programs, HR technology, and systems. HR Systems experience including HRIS systems, LMS, and applicant tracking systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
