    This position is responsible for managing the HRIS team in developing, designing, implementing and enhancing HR systems and processes, as well as the use of analytics to create insights that help facilitate data driven business decisions at all levels.  

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day HRIS operations to include the on-going analysis of the business environment to identify and manage performance improvement needs and ensure data integrity. Ensure TSC has the systems it requires to increase the operational efficiency of HR processes.
    • Partner with HR leadership team and internal teams in identifying business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, processes and/or programs. Oversee use of technology and analytical tools, human capital metrics and predictive analytics.
    • Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and reporting.    
    • Prioritize projects and issues to ensure critical items are identified and worked as a priority for meeting deliverables.
    • Oversee quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics. Develop procedures and audits to ensure the highest level of data quality.
    • Lead the HRIS system upgrades and/or patches. Ensure collaboration with functional and technical staff (third party vendor) in coordinating upgrades or fixes.
    • Manage development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Ensure clients and new system users are trained on new processes/functionality.

    Qualifications

    Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience including leading a team, analytics and project management.

     

    Education: BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.

     

    Professional Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management is preferred.

     

    Other knowledge, skills & abilities:

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAP Business Objects and Alteryx. 
    • Advanced experience managing a companywide HR system.
    • Experience analyzing very large data points and distilling into an executive summary.
