This position is responsible for managing the HRIS team in developing, designing, implementing and enhancing HR systems and processes, as well as the use of analytics to create insights that help facilitate data driven business decisions at all levels.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience including leading a team, analytics and project management.
Education: BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field.
Professional Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management is preferred.
